Matt NelsonMatt Nelson is the creator behind two of the most treasured accounts on the Internet, WeRateDogs and Thoughts of Dog. Since launching the accounts on X (formerly Twitter) in 2015 and 2017, Matt has built a community of more than 21 million followers combined on X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
In 2020 he created the 15/10 Foundation, which helps fund medical care for dogs in critical need. In 2024 he launched The Dogs Were Good (again) — a podcast featuring uplifting dog stories and adoptable dogs in every episode. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
