About the Role
7EQUIS is seeking a highly organized, creative, and analytical Development Producer to support the Chief Development Officer across content development and business initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of creative ideation, YouTube strategy, and execution and is ideal for someone with hands-on experience creating digital/video-first content.
Responsibilities
Support development and production of new video podcast and digital content formats
Create pitch decks, creative materials, and copywriting for shows and branded content
Write creative and sales-facing copy for brand partnerships and content integrations
Provide detailed notes and creative feedback for various pilots, clips, and sales reels
Analyze YouTube and social performance data and provide actionable insights
Research trends, formats, talent, and competitors across digital platforms
Assist in managing internal and client-facing projects from concept through execution
Collaborate with production team to produce various assignments and bring ideas to life
Contribute to and occasionally lead internal and client-facing discussions
Qualifications
3+ years experience in digital media production, content development, YouTube publishing, video podcasting, agency, or related fields
Deep understanding of YouTube, social platforms, and creator content strategy
Experience developing, producing, and managing projects for branded entertainment and/or brand partnerships
Experience analyzing content performance (CTR, retention, thumbnails, etc.)
Excellent writing skills (creative + business/sales copy)
Highly organized with strong project management and verbal/written communication skills
Comfortable presenting ideas, communicating with different people including executives and talent and working in a fast-paced environment
Logistics
Full-time hours. This position is expected to last approximately 6 months with opportunity to extend.
Hybrid work schedule; Must be based in Los Angeles
Occasional in-person work at the Burbank studio is required
Physical production or post production experience is a BONUS.
